The villa has 12 rooms in total, covering 165 m²: 4 bedrooms, 2 utility rooms, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms with showers, 1 utility room, 1 living room, and a single garage for a medium-sized car. The basement has 2 utility rooms and a garage. The mezzanine level includes a twin bedroom, a utility room, a kitchen, and a living room. On the first floor are 3 double bedrooms, 1 with its own bathroom and the other 2 with a shared bathroom. At the entrance to the house, there is a small plot of land that opens onto a hallway leading to the 110 m² garden, complete with a BBQ area, tables, chairs, a small outdoor kitchen, a sunbathing area, and a pool.
The villa was completely renovated in 2025 and has all the amenities you need to make your stay a truly memorable holiday. The garden has been designed with recycled materials in mind, using more than 50 solid wood pallets to build the walkways and fences. It offers 110 m2 of privacy and independence, with a sun-filled relaxation area, a BBQ with a small bar, refrigerator, and sink, as well as a table (made from recycled pallets) for 10 people.
In the entrance area of the house, there is a 25 m2 garden with a table and benches.

Natural sunlight floods the entire villa, thanks to its south-east orientation, giving you a feeling of spaciousness and tranquility throughout your stay.
You can also relax in the living room on the main floor or in the family room on the lower level, which has another cozy space where you can relax with family and friends. The room has also been designed using recycled materials, mostly solid wood.
